Christel is the founder and CEO at BACKSTROM iMPACT. "I work with strategic development and provide support to CEOs, managers and leaders. This means that I work with organisational development, management teams and communication as well as funding. I also contribute to training initiatives for employee leadership, EU-funding and project management. My educational background is broad in the field of social sciences and has its roots in journalism. Throughout my professional life, I have worked in communication, leadership and development in both the private and public sectors."
